Client: Stony Point Caravan Park
Task: Treatment of all wastewater and sewage.

The system installed manages all the wastewater from the caravan park. 2 x new 4500 Litre Concrete tanks plus 2 retrofitted to 2 existing 3600 Litre concrete septic tanks. Systems were installed because the existing septic systems were overloaded and were not able to manage the wastewater load being generated from the caravan park.
Stony Point Caravan Park is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy a bit of fishing or use as a base to visit the attractions of the Mornington Peninsula. Situated approimately 11 km from Hastings and 7km from Balnarring on Western Port. Visitors can explore galleries, restaurants and wineries or enjoy a game of golf on one of the many courses on the Peninsula, including Cerberus only 2km from the caravan park.
Once the centre of communication by land and sea for the whole of Western Port, all rail and ferry traffic began and ended at Stony Point. The rail service to Frankston and Melbourne still operates and the station is beside the caravan park. Passenger only ferry services to French and Phillip Islands leave from Stony Point jetty.
