I/WE HEREBY AGREE TO:

Only allow Worm Farm Waste Systems Pty Ltd service technician, or a person approved by Worm Farm Waste Systems Pty Ltd to service and maintain the A&A Worm Farm Waste System at the above address for the life of the system and that in the event the property changes hands I/we will inform the new owners of the 10 year warranty obligation attached to the system.

I/We agree to pay the current service fee and any component parts required outside the warranty agreement within 7 days of receiving the invoice. This will ensure the system is maintained in best working order and compliant with authorities.

I/We agree to allow the Worm Farm Waste System Pty Ltd or approved Worm Farm Waste Systems Pty Ltd technician, suitable and uninterrupted access to the A&A Worm Farm Waste System for the purposes of maintenance or service.

The following system components are checked at the time of service.

• Worm activity is present and inputs are suitable.
• The pump(s), float switches and alarm(s) are working correctly.
• The system is fly and vermin proof.
• Mains power is connected and free of weeds and long grass.
• The effluent dispersal area is working as designed.
• Pits, inline filters and other external components are accessible and functioning.
• General area is kept clean and clear of obstructions.

System servicing is recommended within the first year of connection and then every 2-5 years if required. Please submit this form within 30 days of your installation. For any enquires please send us an email.
