Warranty conditions:
1. The system has a 10-year warranty.
2. The effluent dispersal area has a 6-year warranty (e.g. trenches, irrigation, sand filter, mound).
3. In the absence of excessive storm water or mischanneled ground water, a floating or moving
tank will be re bedded.
4. The pumps, floats, alarms and whirly vent components have a manufacturer’s warranty from the installation date. These components are service items following the warranty period and will be charged at standard retail prices with labour costs to replace as required.
The itemised warranty details are as follows.
a) Alarms – 3 years
b) SP100V – 2 years
c) SP213 – 1 year
d) Float switches – 5 years
e) Whirly vent – 2 years
I/We agree to the warranty conditions of the A&A Worm Farm Waste System, and that should any damage or defect to the Worm Farm Waste System result from, but not limited to:
• General misuse of the system including addition of waste NOT listed in the owner’s manual.
• Excessive storm water or mis-channeled ground water.
• Vehicle, stock or large ‘new’ tree damage to tank or dispersal area.
• Excessive soil or material placed on the top of the tank or dispersal area.
• Unauthorized service or maintenance carried out on the system or effluent dispersal area.
